A.I. presents a group exhibition exploring the interweaving concepts behind the practices of photography and media artists. Extending from Land Art, Charles Danby & Rob Smith’s approach explores contemporary landscape and the wider intra-relationships between human and non-human aspects of site. Johan Dehlin’s works are concerned with documenting the gap between dream, desire and reality. James Seow demonstrates the human attempt to impose order on natural forces, depicting the struggle between the natural and the artificial, the rational and the instinctual. Hyun-Min Ryu transforms scenes of impotence, loss and frustration into moments of escape, revealing aspects of the magical and the truthful in human existence.

Please note that the gallery is not open on Sunday 4th October.
